Zepp store warranty policy covers only Products, as defined herein, purchased through our official online store. To ensure that your Zepp Product is authentic and protected by our warranty, please purchase from our official online store.

Our warranty policy warrants our Products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the following period from the date of retail purchase by the original consumer.

 

30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from eu.zepp.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You may return any Product purchased on eu.zepp.com, excluding any third party merchandise of offers (“Product”).If you wish to return any items please contact customer services by email: support.uk@zepp.com who will inform you of the exact procedure depending on your circumstances.

 

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • All accessory items and original packaging included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • All return and refund applications must be verified by Zepp's official websites . If the reason for the return is deemed invalid, the application will be rejected and the package will be returned to the customer

  • All refunds to customers will be made using the same payment method as used by the customer to purchase the product and will take an average of 5 working days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address: Please contact our Customer Service by email,  if you wish to return any items . You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

If any part of this warranty is found to be illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, the remaining portions of this Warranty will remain in full force and effect. This Warranty is governed by and interpreted, construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Zepp Product purchase took place.
